Colada Martini

Transport yourself to the tropics with this lighter twist on the Piña Colada. Created with our signature Van Gogh Pineapple, this tropical recipe makes the perfect summer cocktail or quick party drink.

Recipe

• 2 oz. Van Gogh Pineapple
• 1 heaping tsp. coconut cream
• 1 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 squeezed lime wedge

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
