Mixologist Jonathan Pogash visited the set of Daytime yesterday to make some tasty, low-cal summer cocktails including a sinfully delicious (and easy!) Dutch Root Beer Float (recipe below) with Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka. Watch the segment, learn the recipe, make the float, and enjoy!
Dutch Root Beer Float
- 2 oz Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka
- 1 scoop low-fat vanilla ice cream or low-fat frozen yogurt
- 6 oz chilled diet root beer
Add the Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka directly to a parfait glass then top with root beer. Slowly add in low-fat ice cream or frozen yogurt (must add slowly since has tendency to foam/overflow).
Garnish with a straw and freshly ground nutmeg.
