National Peppermint Patty Day

Happy National Peppermint Patty Day!
Ya, we hadn’t heard of it before either. Actually after searching the internet high and low, we couldn’t even find when February 11 was declared National Peppermint Patty Day, or by whom. We’re not going to let that stop us from celebrating!
So, in honor of this day, here’s a recipe for a great cocktail called the Peppermint Pattini.
Peppermint Pattini
- 1½ oz Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
- ½ oz Crème de menthe
- ½ oz Chocolate Liqueur
- ½ oz Cream
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a Peppermint Pattie candy wedge.
