Featured Cocktail: Chocolate Masterpiece by Ashley Ebeling

Family restaurants seem to be a dying breed lately, but there are still plenty of great ones, and our Featured Cocktail comes from one of them. The Chocolate Masterpiece was created Ashley Ebeling, who works at her family’s at Danny’s, in Cheektowaga, N.Y. Speaking of Danny’s, Ashley says, “[we have] been there for 50 years. We specialize in chicken, steaks, fresh seafood and an awesome soup and salad bar, which has put us on the map with our famous and Original Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup. My inspiration for creating this delicious masterpiece was driven by the fact that chocolate is my favorite thing in the world, and I love to have fun and experiment with creating new drinks to make people happy.”
The Chocolate Masterpiece
- 2 oz Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
- ½ oz Kahlua
- 1 oz Milk
To make chill contents on ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a chocolate swirl, then enjoy.
